Collection 6

In our work we like to explore the unexpected and unusual aesthetic of new materials. Experimenting with different material attributes and the use of mineral or vegetable pigments leads to novel combinations in each piece of our Collection 6.

As a part of our research, combining low craft techniques with high-tech machinery allows us to explore the material's potential applications and find the best fit for each product. Our experiments widened our scope of work from high-end designer products to daily use consumer goods. This fusion of artistry and technology ensures that each item in our collection is not only visually striking but also functionally versatile, suited for both special occasions and everyday moments.

Bubble Tray

Bubble Tray, a hand-shaped pearly tray, might remind you of the Ostblock’s glass lamps and stained glass door from the 70’s, but this one is made purely from biopolymers. For this product we decided to influence the tactile experience and surface structure by controlling the length of the biopolymer’s crystallization process. It is 100% biobased and biodegradable in industrial compost. Bubble tray is now available in our shop.
